Who we are

Bayda Systems is a software studio based in Saskatchewan, Canada. You can reach us at chris@baydasystems.com.

This website

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you. There are no accounts and nothing to sign in to. Nothing is collected unless you choose to send it — see below. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request for those font files.

The demo

The demo runs entirely inside your own browser. Every customer, name and number in it is invented. Nothing you do there is sent to us or to anyone else, and nothing is saved on your device — reloading the page resets it completely. The backup features are switched off, so it cannot write files to your computer.

If you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional business name, and your message. Sending it passes those details to Netlify, who host this site and who pass the message on to us by email. We keep it so that we can reply and so we have a record of the conversation.

The same applies if you email us directly. We do not add you to any mailing list, we do not share your details with anyone, and there is no newsletter to be signed up to by accident.

The demo is a demonstration

It is provided as-is, so you can see how the software works before deciding anything. It is not a live system, it is not supported, and it should not be used to keep real records.

Software we build for clients

Custom work is covered by the written agreement for that specific project. Nothing on this page changes or replaces those terms.
